Family Tradition
Seasons 401 Cantina was founded in 2024 by Chef Jesús "Chuy" Quintana and his wife and partner, María Gómez. After years of working together in the food industry—from a kosher bakery in the Hamptons to kitchens across the country— they set out to create a restaurant that reflected their heritage and passion for authentic northern Mexican cuisine.
Their menu showcases what they grew up eating: hand-pressed tortillas served as street tacos, rolled into hearty burritos, and layered into comfort dishes like birria, enchiladas, and tortas—all made from scratch with carefully sourced ingredients.
It's a true family business, with their children Marielis, Ernesto, and daughter-in-law Alina all working together to bring delicious food and heartfelt hospitality to the community while keeping every plate true to their roots.
